We’ve all got things that we use everyday, but these are the web apps that make my top 25. Many of them you’ve heard of, a few you havent. Check them out, they are worth a visit. I make no warranty of their services other than that each of them has had a positive effect on my day to day use of the web.

  1. @KenBurbary Added Linkedin http://www.linkedin.com, I missed it. Thanks Ken!

  2. SliceHost is awesome. :) You need to have a tech person who knows what they are doing if you want to use them… but they’re great. We use them for Fan History and haven’t had a problem with them.

  3. Great list, Joe! My list would be very similar – with a couple of notable exceptions. In particular, we’ve used salesforce.com from day one, and I couldn’t live without it. Details on that and the rest of my “Top 5″ are here: http://blog.purevisibility.com/2008/07/what-are-your-favorite-web-applications/

Sounds like we’re thinking about some of the same stuff. :-)

  4. Great! I have a similar list but instead of BaseCamp I use DeskAway. It is very simple & great app for Project Management. You can checkout the great features of DeskAway & above all the is their Best Customer Service. You can try it out.

  5. @jason lane I am currently using Volusion now for my site http://www.123CheapPC.com and have not had any issues to date. Also with regard to their support, they have been pretty good to me and I’ve hit them a number of times with questions or tickets for online support. I did have one instance on the phone where the support guy was unable to help, but the online ticket resulted in immediate resolution. I’ll be sure to keep an eye on things with regard to bandwidth!!!.

  6. A good online contact management system is crucial for a small business startup!

  7. Hey Joe, thanks for the mention!

I can’t really talk about it too much, but we’re ramping up our online community and are really excited about the things we have in the pipeline to get even better!

If you have any questions Joe, please feel free to shoot me an e-mail!

    -Ryan
